Our guests’ and staffs’ health & safety is our priority and in order to ensure this, different procedures for all services and facilities are planned. We will strictly follow all the guidelines from the Greek Ministry of Tourism as well as any suggestions from the Tour Operators, in order to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and staff.
Please see below measures and restriction in the Blue Lagoon Group hotels for the season 2021.
Public areas are disinfected several times a day
Rooms are daily cleaned with disinfectants
Disinfectants are available for the guests in the public areas
Minimum distancing is maintained in all public areas, restaurants and bars, pool chairs, beach sunbeds and umbrellas
sunbeds and umbrellas are disinfected on regular basis
The hotel staff wears masks in the entire hotel
For guests it is advisable to wear a mask when moving around the hotel (Guests are obligated to wear face masks in all indoor areas)
Check out at 11.00 and check in from 15.00
The check in and check out procedures can take place online via hotel APP
Cash payments are still possible
Reservation of the a la carte restaurants for dinner is necessary (online, after arrival via hotel APP)
Opening hours of the restaurants are temporarily extended and seatings will be implemented
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have been modified to self-service buffet. Guest are provided with gloves and a mask is obligatory in the buffet area. Several restaurants operate on à la carte setup.

the courtesy rooms are open with reservation only
there are tea / coffee facilities in the rooms
there are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, these can be requested from the reception

all extra linen (pillows, blankets etc.) only on request upon arrival
Spa treatments with appointment only
The gym is with reservation only
Kids Club with reduced capacity and with further restrictions
Animation/Entertainment consists of live music and live performances. Shows with guest participation are not allowed.
There is no babysitting service available
PCR and ANTIGEN tests in the hotel:
In all the Blue Lagoon Group hotels we have a Doctor, who can make both PCR and Antigen tests. The appointment can be booked in the hotel with the hotel App or with the Guest relation. The test result is available within the same day. Please see below the rates.
Kos hotels: PCR test 40 Euros, Antigen test 18 Euros
Halkidiki hotels: PCR test 45 Euros, Antigen test 18 Euros
Changing your travel plans:
The coronavirus situation is changing quickly on a daily basis and changes in travel arrangements or holiday plans might be necessary.
For all guests that booked directly with us, we offer a chance to amend the booking dates for the same period in 2022 without any extra charge. If you need more time to consider your next holiday, we offer a voucher of the same value, valid for 18 months from the date of your original arrival.
